Jurisdictional wetlands, wetlands that meet criteria for hydrology, hydrophytic vegetation and hydric soils, were found on the site. Since\n                      the site was proposed for development an analysis of development alternatives was also performed. Finally, a conceptual wetland design was developed for this site.
